Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a fast-paced store in the United Kingdom. You will guide the team, uphold exceptional customer service, and ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.

You will also drive profitability by tracking performance and efficiency, and you may act as keyholder during opening and closing duties. The role requires strong leadership and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience as Duty Manager/Shift Manager/Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.

  Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and a passion for customer service.
• A proactive, energetic approach to managing a dynamic retail environment.
