Côte Brasserie is seeking a Duty Manager to lead high-volume service with warmth and confidence. You will act as the on-shift senior decision-maker, coach the front-of-house team, manage guest flow, and uphold service standards across all service moments, from greeting to farewells.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurants/brasseries or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong guest-facing communication and warmth with a true hospitality mindset.
• Capable of giving clear direction, staying calm under pressure and guiding a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during breakfast, lunch and dinner services to ensure smooth operation and a welcoming guest experience.
• Act as senior decision-maker on shift to resolve issues quickly and calmly.
• Coach and support front-of-house staff to grow confidence and skills in real time.
• Oversee guest flow, seating, pacing and kitchen communication for efficient service.
• Champion service standards from greeting to farewell with attentive hospitality.
• Address guest feedback professionally and convert challenges into positive experiences.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of dining rooms, bars and service stations throughout the day.
