Côte Brasserie in Brighton is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the floor across breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring the brasserie runs smoothly with warm hospitality. You will be the senior on shift, guiding the team and resolving issues quickly and calmly.

You’ll mentor front‑of‑house colleagues, manage guest flow and seating, and uphold our service standards from greeting to farewell, turning feedback into memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality.
• Natural host with warmth and great service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during breakfast, lunch and dinner services with confidence.
• Act as the senior decision-maker on shift, handling operational issues quickly and calmly.
• Coach the front-of-house team and support newer team members' growth.
• Oversee guest flow and seating, ensuring efficient pacing and kitchen communication.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of the dining room, bar and service stations.
