Job summary

The Castle of Brecon Hotel, part of The Coaching Inn Group, is seeking a Duty Manager to support daily supervisory duties and lead a busy hospitality team. You will manage shifts, motivate staff, and ensure memorable guest service across our food and beverage operations.

Ideal candidates will have premium hospitality supervisory experience and a willingness to work evenings and weekends, with the ability to commute to Brecon.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a premium quality hospitality business.
• Ability to lead from the front in managing a busy food & beverage operation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; five days out of seven.

Job description

We are looking for talented Duty Manager's to join our team at The Castle of Brecon Hotel .

Recently refurbished earlier this year our beautiful hotel now needs some superstars of hospitality to help support with the day to day management of this busy hotel . You will need to have experience in a supervisory role in a premium quality hospitality business and be able to lead from the front in terms of managing a busy food and beverage operation.

You will need to be living in the area , or able to commute. You will be working five days out of seven, this will include some evenings and weekends, and you will be leading and motivating the team to deliver amazing guest experiences.
