Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC operates Yeoman and Sizzling Pub & Grill brands across the UK. The Duty Manager role supports the General Manager in daily operations, leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences from breakfast to late-night service.

You will train and motivate your team, model professional standards, and focus on achieving business targets while ensuring guests feel welcome and valued at every visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Strong people leadership and guest service focus.
• Able to coach and develop team members to deliver high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and hosted for memorable moments.
