Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager for RNLI Restaurant in Poole. This permanent full-time position entails managing the operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in menus, prices, and allergen information.
• Verify cash processes at the end of each shift.

• Coordinate events and liaise with event organisers.

Location: RNLI Restaurant, Poole, BH15 1HZ

Pay: £28,900/per year

Hours: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Sunday

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at RNLI Restaurant, Poole to help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

• Correct menus, prices, descriptions, allergens, displayed on time at the right place.
• To verify all cash up processes at end of each shift in Bar, Restaurant, Functions and Reception.
• Control of stock, Client & Company Assets, ensuring all stock rooms are secure and access given to those that need it.
• To liaise with customers, client and staff and ensure all business requirements are met to the highest possible standards.
• To be a point of comment and contact for customers and to ensure all customers are aware of what is available to them.
• To be a point of reference to staff, ensuring that the customers’ needs always come first, ensuring their Health & Safety and correct business practices are adhered to.
• To deal with complaints or negative feedback immediately and in a manner such that empowerment diffuses any complaint at the point at which it occurs.
• Ensure all functions are set up appropriately to business needs and set standards and run timely with high standards.
• Liaise directly with event organisers and be their point of contact for meet and greet and the duration of their event. Handover with next shift as required.
