Premier Inn York North West is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a dedicated team, ensuring a warm, safe and brilliant hotel experience for every guest. You’ll draw on your leadership and prior retail or service management experience to keep standards high and guest satisfaction strong.

This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with a day shift and pays up to £13.86 per hour. You’ll join a trusted brand that values development, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or other jobs where you have led people before.

PAY RATE: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 37.5 hours a week
