Job summary

Powerleague is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily club operations, supervise a frontline team and deliver outstanding service to players and guests at one of our busy venues.

You’ll drive performance, handle bookings and events, maintain safety standards, and contribute to community engagement. A passion for sport and energy helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports venues.
• Excellent customer service and people management.
• Strong communication and decision-making while on shift.
• Organised planning, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Energetic, customer-obsessed with a passion for sport and community.

What You Bring to the Squad:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports venues
• Confident communicator with a hands- on leadership style

• Strong organisational and problem- solving skills
