Mollie’s Manchester is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations during trading periods, owning day-to-day tasks, coordinating the team and supporting training, service recovery and stock control. You will be the onsite lead, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction while upholding Mollie’s brand standards.
