Job summary

Malmaison is seeking a Duty Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work across F&B and Front Office to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

This hands-on role involves supporting a busy check-out, breakfast service, and room inspections with Housekeeping, plus opportunities to progress to Head of Department.

Job description

This combined Guest Experience and Duty Manager position requires a passion for exceptional service; guest relations experience and knowledge of the local area are advantageous.

Working across multiple departments this Duty Manager role gives you the chance to work as part of the F&B and Front Office teams in our bustling hotel, as well as developing and delivering projects focused on improving the Guest Experience journey in our hotel.

You will be a hands on manager with experienceof working within all departments.

As Duty Manager within Malmaison you will be assisting in the smooth running of all Customer facing departments - from working alongside the breakfast team, dealing with a busy check out period through to checking bedrooms with the Housekeeping Manger.

If you are successful in your application of Duty Manager you could be expected to progress to a Head of Department role looking after a single department and then onto a DGM role within Malmaison or Hotel Du Vin.
