Job summary

Malmaison Manchester Deansgate is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead the team and deliver top‑notch guest experiences, coordinating with the Kitchen and management to ensure a smooth, high‑quality dining service for every guest. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar, managing the flow and communicating clearly with colleagues.

This permanent, 40‑hour‑per‑week role pays £13.17 per hour and offers a wide range of perks, including staff room discounts, apprenticeship

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, y ou will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days

• this means great flexibility if required.

We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
