Job summary

Drum & Monkey in Glasgow is seeking a Duty Manager to join Nicholson's pubs and help lead our team to deliver memorable hospitality. You’ll support the General Manager, oversee daily operations, and ensure guests enjoy great food, drink and service in a welcoming environment.

You will train and motivate staff, act as a role model, and drive business targets while maintaining high standards and a friendly pub culture. Flexible shifts and great staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and develop staff while achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the venue.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
