Duty Manager - Bristol Temple Meads, Cafe Local

Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your total pay to £14.80 per hour.

Full-Time Roles Available: 30 hours per week.

Hours of operation: 5am to 10pm, with flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, bank, and public holidays.

• Applicants must be 18 or over to perform certain tasks or shifts due to responsibilities within the Duty Manager role.

The Duty Manager Role:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations, solving problems as they arise.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, maintaining high energy and a positive atmosphere.
• Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and handle customer and team queries as the go-to person.
• Focus on results, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Previous experience in busy hospitality or retail environments is preferred, especially if you've worked night shifts before!
