The Botanist are recruiting a Duty Manager!

What will you do?

As a Duty Manager at The Botanist, you will be responsible for overseeing the Restaurant & Bar department and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will champion our restaurant & bar knowledge among team members and proactively develop future managers within your team. Your duties include ensuring speedy and efficient service across all departments to maximize covers and maintain a top-tier guest journey.

You will be fully responsible for the Bar & Restaurant department, including managing rotas, stock control, ordering consumables, driving sales, team training, and conducting appraisals. Developing team coaches and head bartenders is also essential, as is maintaining broad departmental knowledge to support your career growth and learn from other department managers.
