Responsibilities:

1. You’ll supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
2. You’ll support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues.
3. You’ll support building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries.
4. You’ll ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
5. You’ll play an active role in our charity support programs, advising people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. You’ll have a Pharmacy Degree.
2. You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team.
3. You’ll be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the PVG Scheme; we’ll assist with this process.
4. You’ll complete a DBS check before employment, organized by us.

Our Duty Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams, including security, stock replenishment, range management, and administration, to ensure a smooth customer and patient experience while maintaining safety for colleagues and customers.

Tesco Pharmacies offers flexible working arrangements, allowing control over work rotas and routine overlap periods with other pharmacists for collaboration on patient care and colleague development.
