Are you ready to elevate your career in a fulfilling care role? McCarthy Stone is seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Edward Place, in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. Experience a rewarding environment where all your clients are in one place—no travelling required!

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 33 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Pay: £15.98 per hour for day shifts, £13.03 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights:
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

About You

  • You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • You Must have a Level 2 in Health and Social Care to be considered.
  • A Minimum of 2 years experience in a Senior Care role is essential
  • You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
