Job Description
Could you help rebuild the LEGO Eiffel Tower? Or put the finishing touches on a brick-built Van Gogh?
If you can stay cool when LEGO minifigures are losing their heads, then why not join our team?
If you think you can solve these problems and more, come and join the LEGO customer service team. We’re looking for energised and empathetic people who speak both English and Dutch fluently to join our growing team of advisors in Slough.
Our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team handles over three million queries annually across five global contact centres, assisting LEGO fans worldwide. We respond to a wide range of topics, from building tips and advice on the latest sets to troubleshooting and locating rare parts, making every day different.
The starting salary is £28,000 per year plus benefits, including a performance-based/discretionary bonus of up to 10%. This role is fixed-term until the end of January 2025.
Full in-person training will be provided, including a 4-week induction and 2 weeks of on-the-job support. We embrace diversity and support our colleagues' varied life situations. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll work at least 2 days in the office and have the option to work 3 days from home each week.
No relocation assistance is provided for this position.
Our recruitment process begins with an online interview via HireVue. Successful candidates will be invited for an in-person final interview at our Slough office, where you'll also get a workplace tour.
Applications are reviewed continuously, but we reserve the right to amend or withdraw the job posting at any time, including before the closing date. We encourage interested candidates to apply promptly.
Here’s what you can expect:
We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and valued. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply, even if they don’t meet 100% of the listed qualifications.
The LEGO Group is dedicated to Children’s Rights and Child Wellbeing globally. Positions involving high engagement with children require Child Safeguarding Background Screening.
Thank you for supporting our commitment to Children’s Rights.
Imagine building your dream career with us.
