Foundever is seeking creative, sales-minded individuals to join our fast-growing sales team. You will provide outstanding order and sales support to our client’s customer base, including prospective, new and existing customers.

If you love music, enjoy pre-sales inquiries and doing things the right way, we’d like to talk to you. This home-based role supports customers in Dutch and English, with onboarding training and a 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Sales oriented and able to own issues; work independently or in a team.
• Provide world-class customer experience while upholding the SONOS brand.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Love technology and music.
• Proficient Windows user with good typing speed (approx. 35 wpm).

Responsabilités

• Support customers in Dutch and English.
• Provide clear order support to existing or new customers to ensure high CSAT.
• Assist customers via inbound calls, emails and chat.
• Contact existing customers through outbound calls.
• Answer general SONOS product queries for customers.
• Drive sales through customer experience and identify conversion opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools and manage the customer journey while maintaining a positive company image.
• Collaborate as part of a team.
