Job summary

Nordic Staff Ltd seeks a German or Dutch speaker for a first-step CX/CS role in London. You will handle customer inquiries in your language, support billing, and train clients to maximize software use. The eight-week US induction leads toward a sales path in 1–2 years.

Office-based with hybrid work after onboarding. Applicants must have 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, strong Office skills, and the right to work in the UK.

Our client is an American software business whose platform keeps some of the world's best-known brands safe in who they hire to work on their sites. It's been growing steadily for over twenty years, and London is its base for Europe. We've recently placed French and Norwegian speakers there. Now they want German and Dutch speakers to look after their customers across Europe.

This is a full-time first step in a commercial career. You'll speak your language every day and learn the business from the ground up. You'll start with an eight-week, fully supported induction at the US head office, and the route into sales is built in, typically within one to two years.

You'll sit between the customers and the sales and management teams, so people will rely on you.

The Job:

• Be the go-to person for customers in your language, by phone and email
• Sort out their questions and problems quickly and clearly

The Successful Person will have:

• The right to work in the UK: residency, or a work visa (not student or graduate)
• Confidence with Office tools
• 1-3 years in a customer-facing job
• Patience with a tricky problem and a good memory for detail
• Energy, organisation and the drive to grow into sales
