In this role, you'll engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, offering expert advice tailored to their needs. Depending on the division you support, you might provide insights on skincare routines, makeup tips, nutritional guidance, protein intake, and more. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will make a difference in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
  • Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Support customers with queries ranging from skincare, makeup advice and fashion, to nutrition, fitness or food and beverage.
  • Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch - Written and verbally.
  • A positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • A professional, approachable, and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering great customer service.
