Job summary

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd seeks a Framework Manager / Senior QS to lead a consultancy framework in Durham on a 12-month contract. The role combines strategic framework leadership with hands-on cost and commercial delivery, including procurement, contract administration and change management.

The framework manager will maintain client relationships, oversee performance, mobilise new commissions and ensure continuous improvement across cost and commercial services.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong leadership of consultancy frameworks and delivery.
• Experience in cost, commercial, and NEC contract related work.
• Ability to manage client relationships and mobilise new commissions.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for the framework client and manage relationships.
• Lead framework performance, including quality, programme, and commercial KPIs.
• Coordinate incoming work requests and resourcing for commissions.
• Mobilise new commissions: scoping, cost planning, resource planning.
• Maintain visibility of workload and future resource needs.
• Lead framework and performance review meetings with the client.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within the framework.
• Support recruitment and ensure lessons learned are captured.
