Job summary

Randstad UK CPE Reading Team currently seeks an experienced Dumper Operator for a busy residential housing site in Wallingford. You will operate forward-tipping dumpers (6t-9t) and assist groundworkers on a bustling project.

Off-site workers are supported with site safety practices; CPCS/NPORS and Full UK Licence are required, with 1–3 years on UK housing sites. Working hours typically 07:30–16:30; pay £19–£21 per hour.

Qualifications

• CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper card is essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• 1–3 years on UK residential housing sites, with groundworks knowledge.
• Full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility, steel-toe boots, gloves).

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of forward-tipping dumpers (6t-9t) on a busy residential site.
• Transporting earth, aggregates, spoil, and materials to muckaway or storage areas.
• Assisting groundworkers with footings, drainage, levelling, slabs/curbs prep.
• Carry out pre-use daily inspection checks and follow Health & Safety guidelines.
