Job summary

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Dumper Driver for a construction project in Bracknell. You will operate a dumper safely on a busy site and move materials as directed.

Requirements include a valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket, proven site experience, ID/Passport and full PPE. The role offers weekly payroll and dedicated support through 3D Personnel, with potential PAYE Umbrella or CIS options.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a dumper on construction sites.
• Experience muck shifting and moving materials around site.
• Must be hard working, reliable and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots).

Responsibilities

• Operate a dumper safely on a busy construction site.
• Shift muck, soil, stone and other materials around site.
• Load, transport and tip materials as instructed by site management.
• Move materials to excavation areas, stockpiles and designated tipping areas.
• Assist with general site duties when required.
• Carry out daily checks of the dumper and report defects or issues.
• Work safely around other plant, machinery and site personnel.
• Follow site traffic management plans and designated routes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Work closely with groundworkers and other site teams to ensure efficient material movement.
• Perform all duties on site as instructed by site management.
• Conduct work in accordance with industry health and safety standards.
