Job summary

Stridden Limited in Wallingford is seeking an experienced Forward Tipping Dumper Driver for approximately 6 weeks on a construction project, starting ASAP. The role involves operating a Forward Tipping Dumper safely, moving spoil and aggregates around site, performing daily checks, and working with Groundworkers.

You must have a CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket, full PPE and the right to work in the UK. Hours are 8 per day with potential overtime on site if required.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket (essential).
• Previous experience operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on construction sites.
• Relevant construction site experience and ability to provide references.
• Must have full PPE and the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Forward Tipping Dumper safely and efficiently on site.
• Move spoil, aggregates and materials around the site.
• Carry out daily checks on the machine and report issues.
• Work alongside Groundworkers and other site operatives.
• Assist on the ground when required and follow health and safety procedures.

Hours: 8 hours paid per day

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on site, moving spoil, aggregates and other construction materials as required.

• Operating a Forward Tipping Dumper safely and efficiently
• Moving spoil, aggregates and materials around site
• Carrying out daily checks on the machine
• Working alongside Groundworkers and other site operatives
• Assisting on the ground when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket - essential
• Previous experience operating a Forward Tipping Dumper
• Previous construction site experience

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to provide references for previous similar work
• Right to work in the UK
