Allsopp & Allsopp Group in Dubai is seeking ambitious Sales and Lettings Consultants to join our leading real estate team. This commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential and exposure to luxury properties, with full training and ongoing mentorship.

You’ll source, market, and negotiate deals, build client relationships, and work with mortgage advisors to ensure smooth transactions, while enjoying a high-performance environment in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written.
• Confident, professional, and presentable demeanor.
• Motivated, resilient, and good networking skills.
• A second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, marketing, and managing a portfolio of luxury properties.
• Conducting valuations and viewings with professionalism.
• Negotiating deals from enquiry to handover.
• Advising clients on market conditions and pricing.
• Coordinating with mortgage advisors, surveyors, and support teams.
• Maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Generating new business through networking and referrals.
• Staying updated on Dubai property laws and trends.
