Lucion Services Group is seeking a Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our Hazardous Materials team, covering the Brighton area. You will conduct surveys, air monitoring and reporting, ensuring compliance with HSG248/HSG264 and quality standards.

You will travel between sites, work independently, and collaborate with clients and contractors to deliver accurate, defensible reports and practical asbestos advice, with joining bonuses and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Qualified in P402, P403 and/or P404, or holds a relevant Certificate of Competence.
• Comfortable following HSG248 and HSG264 guidance.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
• Carry out air monitoring and fibre counting.
• Perform 4-stage clearance and reoccupation testing.
• Inspect remediation works and verify contractor performance.
• Record site information using a phablet and NexGen reporting system.
• Produce accurate, defensible reports for clients.
• Discuss findings and provide practical asbestos advice to customers.
• Adhere to relevant legislation and quality processes.
