Job summary

Crew Clothing Beaconsfield is seeking a Dual Site Store Manager to lead our Beaconsfield and Amersham stores. You will be responsible for coaching teams, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising to deliver a delightful shopping experience.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor KPI performance, control payroll and store costs, and ensure brand standards are upheld across both sites, with a passion for premium fashion and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivering like-for-like growth of sales and KPI performance.

• Develop, review and appraise the team based on KPIs.
• Ensure brand integrity and uniform standards.
• Control payroll and store expenditures within budget.
• Train and induct the team to deliver excellent customer service.
