Job summary

Novotel London Bridge and Ibis Styles Southwark are seeking a Dual Site Maintenance Manager to lead reactive and proactive maintenance across both hotels in London. You will manage planned schedules, oversee work completion, and drive improvements to increase operational efficiency.

The role requires proven maintenance experience, hands-on skills with tools, ability to read blueprints, and strong leadership and communication abilities to coordinate with site teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance function in a cluster of hotels providing both reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and hotels’ infrastructure.
• Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing adherence and timely completion of work.
• Increase site operational effectiveness, improve project delivery, reduce downtime.
• Manage and implement improvement plans, driving KPIs while ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Manage teams on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures while mentoring direct reports.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement of maintenance services by highlighting recommended changes.
• Ensure maintenance is completed in cluster hotels with effective use of resources.
• Identify potential lifecycle deficiencies, produce capital budgets to match lifecycle expectancies.

Job Description

We are looking for Dual Site Maintenance Manager for Novotel London Bridge and Ibis Styles Southwark hotels.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance function in a cluster of hotels providing both, a reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and hotels’ infrastructure.
• Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.
• Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, reduce equipment failure room downtime
• Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Manage the teams on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst leading the department and mentoring direct reports
• Implement and manage continuous improvement of maintenance services by highlighting recommending changes where necessary.
• Ensure maintenance is completed in cluster hotels with effective use of resources
• Identification of potential lifecycle deficiencies, produce capital budgets to match lifecycle expectancies
