Job summary

Novotel London Bridge and Ibis Styles Southwark require a Dual Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across two hotels. You will manage reactive and proactive multi-skilled teams, oversee planned work, and drive efficiency and reliability of plant and hotel infrastructure.

You will develop and implement improvement plans, manage lifecycle budgets, and ensure health, safety and environmental standards are met. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with site team and management.
• Ability to plan and oversee maintenance work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance function across two hotels, with reactive and proactive multi-skilled service.
• Create and oversee planned scheduling; ensure timely completion of work.
• Improve site operations, boost project delivery, and reduce downtime.
• Drive KPI-based continuous improvement for health, safety and environment.
• Mentor and develop maintenance teams; establish standard policies.
• Highlight and implement changes to maintenance services as needed.
• Ensure efficient use of resources across cluster hotels and manage lifecycle considerations.
