Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Optimisation Manager to own inventory strategy across two UK sites, Corby and Coleshill. This role blends analytics with commercial thinking to optimise stock, capacity and warehouse layout.

You’ll lead 12-month planning, collaborate with Operations, Engineering and IT, and drive data-led decisions, automation opportunities and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Analytical, curious and commercially aware with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain planning or warehouse optimization.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory strategies across two Arvato sites.
• Lead long-term inventory planning, forecasting and stock analysis up to 12 months.
• Analyse stock profiles, volumes, demand and capacity to identify future needs.
• Recommend manual, automated or hybrid picking solutions based on data.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardise inventory processes.
