Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Dual Registered Manager for two children’s homes in Camden, London. You will oversee safe, nurturing care, safeguarding and day-to-day operations, leading staff to deliver high-quality outcomes for children aged 9–17 with complex needs.

The role requires leadership qualifications and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People, with a salary in the £55,120–£68,320 range depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of management experience and staff supervision.
• Leadership and Management qualification or willingness to work towards one; NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People is required/desired.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, safe and nurturing care across two children’s homes.
• Hold overall safeguarding accountability and promote welfare under regulations.
• Provide strong leadership, drive staff practice and continuous improvement.
• Maintain safeguarding systems, staffing, risk assessments and multi-agency work.
• Ensure care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.
