Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Dual Registered Manager for two children's homes in the Camden area of London. Lead safeguarding, oversight of operations, and delivery of child-centred care for 9-17 year-olds with complex needs.

You will drive continuous improvement, supervise staff, ensure risk management and multi-agency collaboration, and uphold regulatory standards across both homes. This permanent role offers a competitive package and career development.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People is required or desirable.
• 2–3 years of management experience leading staff teams.
• Excellent communication, professional resilience and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe and nurturing care across two children’s homes.
• Hold overall safeguarding accountability and promote welfare of children.
• Lead staff practice, supervise, mentor and develop teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, risk assessments and multi‑agency work.
• Ensure care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.
