We’re working with a trusted residential childcare provider seeking a confident, experienced manager to oversee two Ofsted-rated Good services: one solo EBD home and one 2-bed EBD home, both based in Bradford. About the Role

• Hold dual registration across two local homes supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs
• Lead, develop and support your teams to deliver consistently high-quality care
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with Ofsted
• Drive continuous improvement and embed a child-focused, therapeutic culture
• Contribute to strategic planning as the provider prepares for growth
