Job summary

Orion Smart Metering is seeking experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to join our growing national contracts team. This role offers a stable position with strong earnings potential, along with a supportive environment and opportunities for career progression.

You will install smart meters in domestic properties, deliver professional customer service, and ensure compliance with industry safety standards as part of Orion’s nationwide engineering team.

Qualifications

• Smart Metering qualification or diploma.
• CMA1 or CCN1 & MET1 required.
• MOCOPA certification (or completed during induction).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• DBS check (recent within 3 months preferred).
• EUSR card advantageous, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Install smart meters safely and efficiently in domestic properties.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service.
• Ensure all work meets industry safety and compliance standards.
• Represent Orion Smart Metering as part of a nationwide engineering team.
