Job summary

Orion is seeking experienced Dual Fuel Smart Metering Engineers to join an expanding metering team. The role focuses on installing smart meters in domestic properties region-wide, with a long-term opportunity and structured training.

Excellent earning potential and multiple engagement routes are offered. You'll work on PAYE, umbrella PAYE, or CIS/self-employed options, with pay structures including a £42,000 per annum base for the full-time route, plus benefits such as a van and fuel card, 33

Qualifications

• Experience installing smart meters in domestic properties.
• UK driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work across a region with multiple job visits.

Responsibilities

• Install dual fuel smart meters in domestic properties.
• Ensure safety and compliance during all field visits.
• Complete a minimum of four installations/visits per day.
• Follow induction and training program and reporting procedures.
