Job summary

Orion Smart Metering is looking for a Dual Fuel Engineer to install smart meters in domestic properties across the UK. You will join a nationwide engineering team, delivering a safe, customer‑focused service and upholding industry safety standards.

You will play a key role in a growing national operation with clear earning potential, supported by a company van, fuel card, tools and uniform. Training and induction included.

Qualifications

• Smart Meter Engineering qualification or diploma.
• CMA1 or CCN1 & MET1.
• MOCOPA certification (or completed during induction).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Clean DBS check (recent within 3 months preferred).
• EUSR card (advantageous, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Install smart meters safely and efficiently in domestic properties.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service.
• Ensure all work meets industry safety and compliance standards.
• Represent Orion as part of a nationwide engineering team.
