Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters, Halifax, is seeking Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to install and replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes. The role focuses on delivering a first-class after-care service, including a full demonstration of the new meter and ensuring proper customer handover.

We value reliability and safety; candidates should hold MET1, CCN1/CMA1/CMA3, MOCOPA, REGT1, a full UK driving license, and at least six months' dual fuel meter fitting experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold MET1 qualification.
• CCN1, CMA1 or CMA3 certifications preferred.
• Experience with single-phase electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide full after-care demonstration of the new meter to customers.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after installation.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped

Performance bonus
