Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes, primarily in the Lancaster area, on a permanent basis. You will provide a first-class after-care service including a thorough demonstration of the new meter and carry out repair and maintenance after the initial install to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.

Salary banding ranges from £39,923 to £41,571 per annum, with uncapped OTE for DF engineers

Qualifications

• MET1 certification required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 certifications required.
• Single phase electric experience.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) certification.
• REGT1 and polyphase electric experience (desirable).
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Minimum 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi-meter experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide full in-home demonstration to customers on using their new meter.
• Repair and maintain meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.


• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.


• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped

Performance bonus
