Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes, offering a high-quality after-care service with full demonstrations of meter use and ongoing maintenance after installation.

Location is based in the UK with competitive banding and benefits, including a pension scheme and generous leave. Strong safety and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence required
• Experience fitting dual fuel smart meters
• Electrical qualifications for metering (MOCOPA, REGT1) preferred
• Full induction to dual fuel metering role is expected

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first-class after-care service with a full meter usage demonstration.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after installation.

REGT1 and polyphase electric

Full UK Driving licence

Minimum 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters

Purpose of the role

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
