Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Motherwell is seeking skilled Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers on a permanent basis. You will exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes, provide a top-notch after-care demonstration, and repair/maintain meters post-install.

A Full UK Driving Licence is required and experience with dual fuel smart meters is essential. Banding A £39,923 and Banding B £41,571 per annum with an OTE for DF engineers of £48–53K.

Qualifications

• MET1 qualification or equivalent.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications.
• Single phase electrical knowledge.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) qualification.
• REGT1 and polyphase knowledge is desirable.
• Full UK Driving licence is essential.
• Minimum of 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service including a full meter demonstration.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped
