Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes in Wales. The role includes a thorough demonstration to customers on using their new meter and ongoing maintenance after installation.

Banding salary ranges and bonuses indicate strong earning potential; candidates with relevant meter-fitting experience and a full UK driving licence are encouraged to apply. Location: Llandudno, Wales, United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• MET1 CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 knowledge (1a/1c) REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable)
• Full UK Driving licence
• Minimum 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters; 3 phase or single-off multi advantageous

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide full customer demonstration on meter usage and after-care service.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Job description

Purpose of the role

To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes. Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter. Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £ 39,923 per annum
Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £ 41,571 per annum
OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped Performance bonus
Weekly meter fit bonus scheme £60 per month lunch expenses
