Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Dundee is seeking a permanent Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes. You will deliver a full demonstration and provide after-care, with subsequent meter maintenance as needed.

The role offers a defined career path, competitive salary bands (£39,923–£41,571 per year) plus uncapped OTE (£48k–£53k), a range of benefits, and a commitment to inclusive recruitment and training.

Qualifications

• MET1, CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 recognised qualifications.
• Experience fitting dual fuel smart meters in domestic settings.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a full meter demonstration and after-care service.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.


• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.


• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme
