Job Description:

We at Orion Gas are proud to work alongside some of the biggest Gas and Energy Providers in the industry. As we expand across the UK, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to join our team.

The role involves providing smart meter installations within domestic premises and delivering first-class service.

Package Options:

• Salary Option: £45,000 per annum, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided.
• Guaranteed Day Rate Option 1: £200 per day, van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided.
• Guaranteed Day Rate Option 2: £250 per day, engineer supplies own van and gets a £10/day fuel allowance, tools, and uniform provided.
• Guaranteed Day Rate Option 3: £275 per day, engineer supplies own van, pays for fuel, tools, and uniform provided.

Bonuses:

• £150/month attendance bonus.
• £150/month for achieving 75% completion rate.
• £50 per point after 6 points in a day.

Call Out (Optional):

• One week in 4 (more possible).
• Hours: 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm Sat, 8am-4pm Sun.
• Standby payment and price per job on call.

Saturday work is available.

The Engineer:

• Minimum 24 months' experience in dual fuel metering.
• Manage own stock levels.
• Work closely with management to meet KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for customer service.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• IT literacy required.

Payment is weekly, two weeks in arrears, with bonuses paid one month in arrears. Day Rate options are paid via PAYE through Umbrella Company from our PSL.
