Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Kirkcaldy is recruiting Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers on a permanent basis. You will exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes, provide a first-class after-care demonstration, and repair or maintain meters after installation.

A strong emphasis on safety, quality and customer service is required. Banding A (£39,923) and Banding B (£41,571) per annum are offered, with an OTE for DF engineers (£48-53K uncapped) and a range of benefits including

• MET1
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3
• Single phase electric
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c)
• REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable not essential)
• Full UK Driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months experience in fitting dual fuel smart meters
• 3 phase or single-off multi is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service including a full demonstration to customers on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer -£ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure -£ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer£48-53K – uncapped
