Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters, a subsidiary of Sureserve Group Limited, is seeking a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to exchange meters in customers' homes in Inverness and to provide a full meter demonstration after install.

You will also repair and maintain meters post-install, working to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to safety standards throughout every visit.

Qualifications

• MET1
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3
• Single phase electric
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c)
• REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable)
• Full UK Driving licence
• Minimum 6 months fitting dual fuel smart meters
• 3 phase or multi is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first-class after-care service with a full meter demonstration.
• Repair and maintain meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.


• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.


• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer -£ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure -£ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer£48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
