Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to exchange meters in customers’ homes and provide a comprehensive post-installation demo. The role includes repairing and maintaining meters after installation, with a focus on high service standards.

The position offers banded salaries with performance bonuses, a pension, generous leave, and family-friendly policies. Crewe-based field role with opportunities for progression within Sureserve Group.

Formación

• MET1 required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 certificates required.
• Single phase electric experience.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) knowledge.
• REGT1 and polyphase electric knowledge desirable.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Purpose Of The Role

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
