Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Worcester is seeking a permanent Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to swap meters in customers' homes and provide a thorough after-care demonstration. You will repair and maintain meters after installation and support customers with the new system.

Qualifications

• MET1 qualification required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 credentials required.
• Single-phase electric metering experience required.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) certification preferred.
• REGT1 and polyphase electric knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Minimum 6 months' experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience is advantageous.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.


• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.


• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer -£ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure -£ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer£48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
