Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to replace gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes in Shrewsbury. You will provide a first-class after-care demonstration and train customers on their new meter.

Role includes meter repairs and ongoing maintenance post-install, with a competitive salary, pension, and generous leave. Applicants must hold MET1 and UK driving license, with meter-fitting experience preferred.

Competenze

• MET1 required for gas/electric meter installs.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications commonly required for dual fuel installs.
• Single phase electrical work knowledge is essential.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) recognised for meter changes.
• REGT1 and polyphase knowledge desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi knowledge is advantageous.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.

• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.

• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer -£ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure -£ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer£48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
