Job summary

Sureserve Group is seeking a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer for the Sureserve Energy Services Meters division in Telford. You will replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes and demonstrate how to use the new meter.

We offer banded salaries (£39,923 - £41,571) with OTE £48-53K, plus performance bonuses and lunch expenses. A full UK driving licence and experience with dual fuel meters are required.

Qualifications

• MET1, CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications required or equivalent.
• Single phase electric and REGT1 knowledge preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and dual fuel meter experience required.

Responsibilities

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service with a full meter demonstration.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.


• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.


• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer -£39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure -£41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer£48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses

• MOCOPA (1a and 1c)


• REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable not essential)


• Full UK Driving licence


• Minimum of 6 months experience in fitting dual fuel smart meters


• 3 phase or single-off multi is advantageous
