Join Orion Gas as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer

At Orion Gas, we are proud to collaborate with some of the biggest Gas and Energy Providers in the industry. As we expand across the UK, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to start their career with us.

Responsibilities include providing smart meter installations within domestic premises and delivering a first-class service to our customers.

Choose from our 4 Packages:

1. Salary Package: £45,000 per annum, including 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays), van, fuel card, tools, and uniform.
2. Guaranteed Day Rate Option 1: £200 per day, with van, fuel card, tools, and uniform provided.
3. Guaranteed Day Rate Option 2: £250 per day, with engineer supplying own van, and receiving a £10 daily fuel allowance, tools, and uniform.
4. Guaranteed Day Rate Option 3: £275 per day, with engineer supplying own van, paying for fuel, and receiving tools and uniform.

Bonuses:

• £150 monthly attendance bonus.
• £150 monthly bonus for achieving 75% completion rate on jobs.
• Additional £50 per point after 6 points are accumulated in a day.

Call Out – Optional:

• One week in four (potentially more).
• Working hours: 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm Sat, 8am-4pm Sun.
• Standby payment applies.
• Price per job on call.

Weekend work is also available.

The Engineer:

• Minimum of 24 months' experience in Dual Fuel Metering.
• Manage own stock levels.
• Work closely with management to meet KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to provide top-tier customer service.
• Ability to plan, organise, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• IT literacy required.

Payment is weekly, two weeks in arrears, with bonuses paid monthly in arrears. Day Rate options are paid PAYE via Umbrella Company from our PSL. If you're ready to advance your career, apply now.
